Founded in 2019 by two industry experts, YourKeyConnect was created with a clear mission: to make real estate investment more accessible, efficient, and transparent. Our founders combined their extensive experience in buying, flipping, and reselling properties to build a business model focused on off-market opportunities and direct-to-buyer transactions.

Whenever possible, we ensure properties are sold vacant. We work with a trusted partner company to negotiate “cash for keys” agreements with current occupants. This legal and respectful process gives them time and financial support to relocate. However, not all properties will be vacant at the time of sale — and in such cases, we communicate this clearly with our buyers and assist them through the situation.
